What we do

Six product crafts, one accountable team.

We don’t sell hours. We sell outcomes. Each craft maps to a real deliverable you can demo, measure, and hand to your engineers without translation loss.

Product Discovery & Strategy

We map the job-to-be-done, kill risky assumptions early, and turn a vague idea into a shippable scope with measurable milestones and a real roadmap.

How it works

From brief to live in days, not quarters.

Async-first, senior-only, no account managers. You talk to the builder, you see staging daily, you launch with a checklist, not a prayer.

Consultation & Audit

60-min call. We review your current stack, goals, and constraints. You get a teardown of what's blocking you. Takes 1–2 days to schedule.

01

Proposal & Roadmap

Clear scope, fixed price, and a dated milestone plan. No hourly fog. You approve in writing before we start. Takes 2–3 days.

02

Build & Iterate

Async updates in Slack, weekly Loom demos, and a staging link. You see progress daily, not just at the end. 7–14 days typical.

03

Launch & QA

Checklist-driven launch: perf, a11y, SEO, OG, analytics, and rollback plan. We stay online for launch day. 1–2 days.

04

Support & Scale

Fix window + optional care plan. We measure retention and speed, then propose the next most valuable increment. Ongoing.

05

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Not happy? We fix it or refund it.

Per our Refund Policy, if deliverables miss the agreed scope within 7 days of delivery, we revise at no cost or issue a partial refund based on work completed. No dark patterns.

Why us

CodeCraftVisions vs. doing it the usual way.

With CodeCraftVisions

  • Direct access to builder: Slack with the person writing code, not an account manager
  • Fixed pricing: Clear $150 / $300 / $400 ladder, no hourly creep
  • Shippable every week: Staging link + Loom, not a big-bang reveal
  • Maintainable codebase: TypeScript, tests for critical paths, readable commits
  • Speed budget: <100kb JS target, edge caching, real Core Web Vitals

Typical freelancer / DIY

  • Ticket queue and status meetings
  • Estimate that doubles after kickoff
  • You see it only at the end
  • Quick fixes that age badly
  • Ships heavy and hopes
FAQ

Before you ask — real answers.

Our three packages are fixed at $150, $300, and $400. You pick the tier that matches scope. Additional à la carte items from $10 to $400 cover small add-ons. Everything lives on /pricing.

Pilot Sprint: 3–5 days. Builder Launch: 10–18 days. Operator Scale: 7–12 days after audit. Additional services run 1–4 days each depending on complexity.

Pilot includes 1 round, Builder 2 rounds, Operator includes continuous polish within the 4-week support window. Beyond that we scope extra tweaks as small à la carte items.

A 60-min call, access to your current repo/Figma if any, and a single decision-maker. We handle copy drafts, but final brand assets help us ship faster.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction window per our Refund Policy. If deliverables miss the agreed scope, we fix or refund within that window — plain language, no runaround.

Yes. After launch we offer a lightweight care plan: audits, incremental rewrites, and performance budgets. You keep full ownership — we don’t lock you in.

About

Small studio, senior craft. Tuscumbia roots, US-wide ships.

We started CodeCraftVisions to be the studio we wanted to hire: designers who can read TypeScript, engineers who care about line-length in Figma, and no one who disappears after invoice.

2019 — Garage in Winston Square

Carl Pounders left a big agency in Birmingham and started taking on product fixes for local founders. First principle: ship in weeks, not months.

2021 — Design system obsession

We standardized tokens → components → docs. Clients stopped asking “where’s the handoff” because there wasn’t one. Same people in Figma and in code.

2023 — 80+ products, one codebase philosophy

Next.js, TypeScript, edge. No framework tourism. We audit for <100kb JS and keep commits readable. Boring tech, exciting launches.

Today — 2 new slots/month, by design

We cap at two concurrent builds. That’s how we keep Slack response under 6 hours and staging links daily. Studio at 10 Winston Square, Tuscumbia, AL 35674.
